Cancellation Policy
In case of a no-show or last minute cancellation within 12 hours before the appointment a 60% fee will be charged to card on file along with the loss of deposit. Deposit must be placed for every appointment. Deposit is transferable before 72 hours prior to appointment. Deposit will be forefited if appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment.Appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes and no-show fee will be charged. A late fee of $15 will be applied after 10 minute grace period not to exceed 15 minutes.
